We diagnose your problem, come up with root cause and troubleshoot on-spot. In case replacements we buy the components for you and replace it for you at your place.

 Your asset stays with you even while getting serviced. Only in cases of Lab requirement for the particular service your asset will be carried to the lab with Acknowledgement and turnover timings and will be delivered at your doorstep as working gadget.

 We charge a very nominal cost of Rs.300/- on visit basis for minor issue diagnosis and troubleshooting which includes different type of problems like system not booting, OS installation, OS corrupted, System crashed, malware issue, virus problem, internet issue, antivirus installation, MS office installation, program specific troubleshooting, printer problem, no display, not powering on, network connectivity issue, file sharing, blue screen and many other cumulative IT issues.  (Charges may very case to case with more complexities)
